RMB Qualified Financial Institutional Investors (“RQFII”)

In 2014, SIAM commenced its business in investing RMB investment products in the Mainland. The Company obtained approval from State Administration of Foreign Exchange as an RMB Qualified Financial Institutional Investor (“RQFII”) and was allocated RMB 800 million investment quota to invest in bonds and securities in the Mainland. SIAM is appointed as the investment manager of professional investors to invest and manage RMB assets portfolio.
